Return and refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on products that are unopened and unused, with any seals intact, in their original packaging. Opened or used cosmetics cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@lippybyjuliem.com. Returns are sent to our address in Moncrieff ACT, Australia — we’ll confirm the full return address when your return is approved.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us with any return questions at info@lippybyjuliem.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right. Faulty products are always eligible for a remedy regardless of the conditions above.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics and personal care products (for hygiene reasons), gift cards, or sale items — except where the product is faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (unopened and unused), and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@lippybyjuliem.com.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights to a repair, replacement or refund for products with a major fault.
